Set of two Peter’s Chairs and a Peter’s Table. The children’s furniture was designed by Hans J. Wegner in 1944 for the Danish manufacturer Getama. Wegner designed this set as a present for the son (“Peter”) of his friend and architect colleague Børge Mogensen. No sharp edges and only rounded corners – the childrens table and the childrens’ chairs can be completely disassembled into their individual parts thanks to the plug-in system (the backrests of these two chairs, however, were subsequently screwed tightly).
Condition: see pictures, heavily used, extreme vintage condition, patina / scratches / chipping / color differences on table and chairs, the backrests on both chairs are broken and were glued and tightly screwed, one leg from the table has a crack
